"We had an amazing experience [here]! They were incredibly accommodating... my hotel in Salt Lake City didn’t allow dogs, and this was the only facility that was open and willing to help. The family was so warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. They took the time to understand that my dog is nervous and made sure she felt comfortable and safe. I really appreciated the photo updates and messages they sent while she was there—it gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was being well cared for. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond during a stressful situation. If you’re looking for a boarding facility that truly cares about your pet, I highly recommend them. Nylene was awesome, responsive, kind, and professional when making sure our pup would work out to board at their location. Our dog loves the outdoors and their space offers a large green area, pond, and lots of roaming which is perfect for our dog. We also liked that this wasn’t a crowded dog boarding location and our pup would be watched over. We loved having our dog boarded here and would reach out again when dog boarding is needed. I highly recommend Golden Pond."
